  • Ruth Ellis Center | Ruth Ellis Center has been recognized as a national leader in addressing LGBTQ youth homelessness and operates a 10,000 square foot facility in Highland Park, Michigan, which consists of a Drop In Center and Health & Wellness Center. Wayne county residents who are Medicaid eligible and between the ages of 7-30 may enroll in individual, family or group counseling at no cost. Additionally, Ruth’s House, our State of Michigan licensed and contracted foster care facility for LGBTQ youth is located a short distance from the Center in Detroit. |
